Our support mailbox is support@aimestech.com Describe your problem, attach a screenshot or video. Attachment size is limited to 30 Mb. If you need to add a bigger file, upload it to any file sharing service and send us a link.

Access the on-line support application form by clicking the (?) question mark at the upper right corner at any screen of the software. Don’t forget to include your E-mail address.

Tooltips

Many interface elements have flyout tooltips available. Hover the pointer over a text, button or icon and wait for 2 seconds. If the tooltip is available it will pop up.

Online documentation

Online documentation is available at https://documentation.aimestech.com

Access the on-line documentation by clicking the (?) question mark at the upper right corner at any screen of the software. Documentation will open in a new tab in the browser.

Offline documentation

Download the documentation as pdf, chm or odt (LibreOffice Writer) file at (... link pending). Use it if your internet connection is slow or unavailable.
