Reports view
How to get to the sheet view / Reports view
Home Screen - select project -> left-click on any of its sheets.
Click on Reports tab on the toolbar. The Reports tab will get a blue background.
(1) Page bar
Page bar contains tabs corresponding to all open pages: lists, nodes, etc. Navigate between tabs by clicking on them, like in any web browser.
(2) Toolbar
Toolbar lets you choose between working on Model design, Scenarios, Optimization or to view Reports.
(3) Project name
(4) Sheet name
Project name and sheet name are shown to help you locate what you are working at.
(5) Reports search field
To filter the list of reports, start typing the name of the report in the search field.
(6) Reports menu
This menu shows all available reports.
(7) Chart
When a report is produced it by default contains charts for all nodes. If you click on any chart it gets selected and its frame becomes blue.
(8) Chart title
Chart titles could be up to 128 symbols long.
(9) Export report to .xlsx button
To download the report in .xlsx format click on this button.
(10) Nodes search field
To filter the list of nodes, start typing the name of the node in the search field.

Here is a list of all nodes from the model.
(12) Visibility selection pictogram
Left click on visibility selection pictogram adds the line for the content of this node to the currently selected chart. Other words, if you want to add the line Revenue total to the chart Cumulative FCF do the following:
- Select the chart Cumulative FCF by left clicking it. The chart will get a blue frame.
- Filter the list of nodes to find the node Revenue total.
- Left click on the visibility selection pictogram for the Revenue total node.
- The line Revenue total will appear on the Cumulative FCF chart.
(13) Scenarios selection pictogram
Different versions of the same node may be involved in different scenarios. Left click on the scenarios selection pictogram to open the pop-up menu with the list of these scenarios. In this list uncheck the scenarios that should not be visible on the chart for this node.
(14) Rows selection pictogram
If data node is of the type List it contains several rows of data. Left click on the rows selection pictogram opens the list of the rows. Then click on an eye pictogram against the rows you do not want to appear on the chart.
